Never mentioned her numbness and tingling and falling in her reports even though they were mentioned multiple times. Absolutely horrific. Had a scheduled appointment for our daughters rare disease with Carla Zingariello in January. We drove up from Miami the day before and spent the night in a hotel so we would not be late for our morning appointment. An hour before our appointment we received a call telling us that the supposed Dr. Carla Zingariello had called out sick. Offered us no solution except for an appointment to come back in June. Scheduled the appointment for today, June 13 @10:40 am and guess what!!! They call this morning before the appointment to change it to 10:00 am, only to call right back and Everett left a voicemail that our appointment is canceled because it had been scheduled in error. I beginning not to like this Facility. Every since the doctor has put my son on medicines I have to call every month to get refills. When I call to request refills over the phone or even through my chart. It takes almost a week. I should not have to wait that long to get refills especially when he has to have them to attend school. Also they have poor customer service. Not Polite at all. After telling the lady that she wasn’t understanding what my chart was saying & telling her she was being rude she tried talking in circles over me. This office needs some changes.

The pediatric genetics department is the worst establishment ever! Took 3 weeks of back and forth with the front office to even schedule an appt. I had faxed the referral and needed paperwork 3 times but apparently the referral person is always MIA or doesn't know how to work a phone! Waited 2 months for a virtual call to get 2 questions answered about my son's medical issue. Not only did they call the wrong number, they didn't inform me 3 days before or 15m before even though I confirmed via text with MY number. The only number I ever gave them to call but some lazy person didn't read the notes(maybe another lazy person never noted it) and they called my husband who is deployed! “Doctor” Vanessa Cavero-Chavez was absolutely terrible. We visited the office today for my child who has severe allergies and eczema. The first 15 minutes of the appointment was me telling her my child’s history when my child has been a patient there for over a year and all information is in her medical chart.
