I really have NOT been impressed with this place. I’ve been to urology and the arthritis departments for separate appointments. Urology Department: My insurance company notified me that my prescription was about to expire. I gave the urology department a month notice. They asked me to submit the paperwork via MyChart, which I did that day. I call them two week later, three weeks later, and the day before the expiration. They just stated that would reach out to the doctor. I’m not sure if they did or not. I never received any response. My medication expired. I have a scheduled follow-up appointment, but no reason to follow-up if I’m not able to get my medication, and they never ordered bloodwork. Great nurses, I had an appointment but showed up 3 hours early bc that's the only time my ride could drop me off and they went a head and took me in! They were so nice and respectful!

Went in for an appointment with one of their rheumatologists because my primary care doctor said that my symptoms suggested an autoimmune disease. My primary care doctor had already ran tests to rule out arthritis, but the rheumatologist insisted that there is no way that I have an autoimmune disease, and that it has to be arthritis. Was charged around $250 to order the tests (after insurance), and then over $110 just to run the tests, and of course my $60 co-pay for seeing a specialist. Over $400 to be told what my primary care doctor had already told me, that I do not have arthritis. On top of that, they rescheduled my appointment a month out from my original appointment, and on a Monday (can only do Fridays because of my work schedule, and I informed them of this twice), and they never

The pediatric on 2nd floor and staff were great... it wasn't until I grabbed lunch with my family at the Subway there and became of victim of racism from the African American woman with a face piercing. If the roles reversed I'm sure things would have turned out differently. She needs to be fired immediately.
