UF Health Leesburg Hospital Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center

We were extremely disappointed to learn that the copay for each wound care visit was $700. While the medical staff were professional, this cost was never presented to us in a way that made it clear what our out-of-pocket responsibility would be. At $700 per visit, ongoing treatment simply became unaffordable for our family. No patient should have to choose between receiving necessary medical care and protecting their financial stability. Unfortunately, due to the high per-visit cost, we had to discontinue care. We strongly encourage this office to improve transparency around billing and insurance estimates so families can make informed decisions before starting treatment. Excellent, everyone from the receptionist to the doctor is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My sound is very slowly healing and if not for them it would be so much worse now. I highly recommend this wound care center

I've been taking my mother to the clinic for the past month, where she has received excellent care. All of the staff is helpful and friendly, and I would recommend this office highly. Also, a year ago a family member had multiple appointments and also experienced great care.

This center caused my daughter to have to have more surgeries on her foot. Debrided wound to the bone and left open for infection advising could not be stitched back never advised the surgeon .would not recommend this facility or doctor.

The gps brought me to this building for a drug test. When I walked to the check-in desk, I gave my paper to the man who then asked me "What's this paper for?" I told him I'm here for a drug test. He then tried to subtly make me feel inferior by saying with a sarcastic tone: "This is the wound care facility, we don't do drug tests here. I don't what you want me to do with this. Are you trying to get a job here?" He then directs me to the building next door. And finally, as I was walking out the door, he begins to speak to his fellow employees about me. Completely disrespectful. If the office is reading my review, please inform your staff to be more respectful to patients.
