UF Health Leesburg Hospital Urgent Care

Tuesday 1/62026 I was taken to the emergency room with excruciating pain @my left hip area by ambulance right away my nurse Eliana was very attentive to my needs and very compassionate also adam weaver came in asked me my pain level which by then it was 10 he right away ordered pain meds which was given to me @45 minutes after it could have been sooner due to my pain level probably the wait was due to the fact that the x-ray tech came in to take 2 hip x-rays aggravating my pain more I feel she could have been more real sympathetic to my pain to me I felt like she was rushing and really didn't take my pain into consideration which I told her time and time again during the x-ray I was really hurting by the end of the x-ray Eliana my nurse was very caring and considerate calming me down and

Terrible communication from the NP. Was not listening to me & very assertive to the point it felt aggressive, felt like my concerns were not valid. In trying to advocate for myself, she made me feel like I was crazy for being tired of feeling sick & being concerned about new symptoms. First time I’ve ever left an office crying. Yes, I’m aware I was upset and that’s never a pleasant patient to deal with, but that was not appropriate from the NP at all. I even apologized for being upset, informed them I am not usually one to be upset and frustrated in office, but she was acting like I was asking them to perform a miracle in office. I wasn’t asking for labs, or anything crazy. I just needed a strep swab, but instead left discouraged, upset, and crying.

Staff very friendly, wait time kinda long although place was empty, but i didn’t mind. They were very helpful and showed concern, answered all my questions. Thank You Ladies!!

A great place. Friendly, Respectful, Courteous staff that was very Professional and Knowledgeable. I left with no unanswered questions, they took all the time needed and did not rush me in and out. Very thorough, and even went above and beyond to explain some things about my health situation that can benefit me, and help, which nobody at my Primary care had bothered to do. I would/will return there if needed in the future. Virgil

Been here over 4 hours and still waiting. Found the hospital has no open rooms. What is this?
