UF Health Endocrinology - Jacksonville

I've had several bad experiences with an Endocrinology Doctor canceling appts. Representatives lying saying that the Doctor is only @ one location nowb& that she's moved .They want you to come in a whole 35 min ns early when you do and your appointment is @ 9:40 you still sit in waiting room for a good 45-50 mins .My appointment was at 9:40 I got here like 9:16 front desk didn't call on me til 30 mins later no one was even on the list in front of me she was just sitting there had me waiting for 30 mins to check in.Now the time is 10:16 appointment was @ 9;45.Why have people come in 20 mins early if they still going to be waiting if not seen on time me Come on people for better we as patients have a life and time is valuable to us to as patients.

Worst experience I have ever had at the doctors. I was told that I didn't "look" like a certain type of patient and was referred to psychiatric services before tests were even ordered. I was also told that if the test (singular) came back negative, they wouldn't see me again and I should just go back to my primary doctor. Years of trying to figure out my condition thrown out the window.

Waiting time a lot of. Personal not funny. Experience was horrible in this hospital. I don’t recommend.
