UCSF Mission Bay Pharmacy at Bayfront

I went there once and they were really quick. Today I had to wait forever to get a skin lotion because they were so busy filling mail orders. There was no one else in line, but I sat there and waited. They should put aside mail order work for a moment and serve those there in the lobby then go back to mail order work afterward. It was pretty ridiculous.

This pharmacy is simply superior to all the other retail pharmacies out there. 100% of the staff are pleasant, responsive, smart, and helpful. They do everything right here. The facility is modern and comfortable, and that wait times have always been reasonable. Some relatively common medicines can take a few days to order, and the hours are more limited than some pharmacies, so it is best to order refills ahead. The experience is superb.

Amazing service, refreshingly human treatment compared to other pharmacies. They can get busy around lunch time, so there may be a bit of a wait. They don't offer compounding services at this time.
