Customer Reviews
My experience with Dr. Christina Olson has been professional and supportive. She advocates for the best outcomes for her patients. She takes the time to ensure you understand and establish realistic expectations.
I am very impressed at how professional the staff was and how pleasant they were. She ran right on time and took time to explain everything to me. Also staff helped me get a stat MRI and I don’t know if anybody has had to get a MRI lately but that is not an easy thing to do and unbelievably. I was able to get it within 24 hours so I have very high ratings for their team and I would not shy away from recommending them to anybody I am very pleased so far with my experience with Doctor Olson as a foot and ankle specialist. I am very pleased that she is also a MD as well that means a lot to put my trust in her going forward as I will need surgery on my foot
Dr. Oleson is wonderful. It was a busy day and a long wait, but she was such a good communicator and so positive. I went to her as my Berkeley Dr. said I needed big toe fusion and ankle surgery and not to get any more steroid injections in my arthritic big toe joint. Dr. Oleson said that as long as my big toe injections were working that I could continue with them. She also advised that at UCSF they are given using dye and xray (I beleive it was xray.). Thank you, Dr. Oleson
Dr. Olson is very good at diagnosing problems. She gave me advice to heal inflammation in the metatarsal regions of my feet. Hopefully I will have a resolution to this issue. She was a bit rushed, but I think I got the information I needed. The X-ray department however is a disaster. I had to wait 50 minutes to be xrayed.
I was very impressed by my treatment at UCSF. The experience was professional, punctual and informative. I was there for a second opinion and I am glad I did it. I was advised to not go directly into an ankle repair surgery but to try a more moderate alternative first. It was excellent advise.
