Curious why this student practice has been apparently maligned with deleterious management, or there lack of for last continuous 5 years. It's worth noting that the reviews from six years ago and beyond are routinely quite positive, even stellar. However, the past five years have consistently yielded reviews with a single star, highlighting the numerous billing and scheduling errors as well as repeated seemingly incompetent dental treatment along with the emotional distress and frustration caused by dealing with this practice. It appears that it would not be prudent to visit this establishment based on a consistent pattern of negative reviews over the past 5 years. Sad given such positive history 6+ years ago and had a great reputation to go with it.

I am so frustrated by my experience with this office that it compelled me to write my first ever Google review, and I feel an obligation to warn others to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I initially contacted this practice because I had a spot on my tongue that was growing and concerning. While it ultimately was not cancerous, it was clearly something that warranted prompt evaluation. After booking the appointment, I was informed that the practice was out of network, so I rescheduled to ensure Blue Shield pre-authorization was obtained. Due to delays on their end, I had to reschedule twice before pre-authorization was finally received. This is a bad dentist, they’ll rush through procedures, not properly inform you, and then not take any liability or attempt to help if things go bad. They did a root canal, never advised or told me to come back for a crown, I told them at my next appointment a couple weeks later there was a visible hole in the tooth and I was concerned from the canal, said it’s okay / not urgent, come back next year. Not even a month after the tooth completely cracked in half, I rushed in, and they refused to treat me / help at all, scheduled me for days later and said “I picked a bad day for my tooth to crack”. I’ve never had a health care worker or facility just not care and do nothing when someone is in front of them willing to pay any amount for immediate help.

They made me go through 2 deep cleanings because I didn't have insurance, just ridiculous. I paid twice, you would think that the pros knows whats going on!! Just a rip off, with no respect How ridiculous is this, USCF owe me for one treatment. They knew exactly what was going on but still...soo many opions.
