UCSF Benioff Children's Physicians Pinwheel Pediatrics

I have absolutely no complaints about this office - they have been amazing. I’ve been taking my baby there since he was 3 days old. The staff, nurses and doctors are all professional, personable, responsive and thorough. They always recognize us and have been so helpful through insurance issues, last minute appointments, regular appointments and first-time-mom worries. I cannot recommend them enough!

The team at Pinwheel Pediatrics are kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. The environment is very welcoming, and both my children are excited to go to their visits. The staff are so gentle that my 5 year old and 1 year old had no tears for their recent vaccines. Dr Beatty and Dr Burgham are the best!

We are very happy with people here! For about 3-4 years since we came to Concord in 2020, when we needed to go to see a doctor urgently, the doctors and staff were very responsive and gave us appropriate advice. When our daughter had high fever for 5 days and when she needed urgent care after hours, the doctors gave us right advices. Other times, when there was something wrong with our kids, Pinwheel immediately took care of them. We are moving out from Concord soon but we really miss Pinwheel. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and office staff here. Our kids are growing up healthy thanks to all of your support.

We could not be happier with Pinwheel pediatrics! The office itself is not fancy, but the providers/doctors are just amazing! Dr. Beatty and dr. Burgham are always ready to answer any questions. We have never had an issue getting a sick appointment even same day. We have changed more than 6 doctor offices and this is the best we have seen thus far. Truly recommended!

Administrative nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take their kids here. I’m not sure why the front desk staff is so combative or hostile toward parents, but I got the run around every time I requested my kids records. It took 6 months of delayed vaccinations and me having to drive an hour to physical pick them up the records, and I still had to argue with the woman at the front desk who told me they didn’t have the records I needed. Turns out they did!
