Pediatric Dental Department is So unprofessional, seems like Personal Conversations are more important than assisting patients with Accurate Care. The ladies that answer the phone speak over you and aren’t very helpful and then when you ask to speak with higher authority they transfer you and surprisedly the phone hangs up. Do better because you all are getting PAID to do a job. Hopefully higher up sees this kind of treatment and retrains their staff. Leave Personal Talk to the streets not on the Clock.

DENTAL : Honestly the rudest recepionist!! i have been trying to get an appointment for my son reffered from their dentist....now i understand that the miscommunications between offices can be aggravating, but that has nothing to do with the client. off the rip the ladies tone is of fustration and just rudeness.mind you i am not bein rude or anything. this is second time , if you do not like your job. find a new one and let someone else provide excellent customer service. we have never been here and looks like we wont due to front desk staff. do better!

I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. David Arguello at 65 Kane St in West Hartford, CT for my severe anxiety (internal medicine). This appointment was made a month in advance as it was a follow up regarding my medication/dosage. I arrived at the office at 3:45PM (15 minutes prior to the start of my appointment time) and at 4:38PM I was still sitting in the waiting room. I had left my nursing job early (which is not allowed) to make it to my appointment on time and knew I had to be back at work by 5:15PM for my second shift, so I asked the front desk lady how much longer she believed it would be as I needed to get back to work. She came back and told me the nurses said there is NO rooms available and it would be another 20 minutes before I’m called in and then another 30 minutes of waitin
