Specifically the specialty pharmacy, the staff have all been so great here. I was in touch with Trish from the specialty pharmacy and explained how I was having trouble getting my medication on time from the specialty pharmacy my insurance went through. She ended up having my scripts sent to their pharmacy instead since my doctor was with UConn’s neurology department and I’ve been getting my meds on time despite being someone who travels for work, communication has been great and everyone I’ve spoken with has been kind. They truly care about their patients and it shows. Thank you!
