We're big fans off dr. Liu. She's really nice and caring, the appointments never feel rush. And our baby Sophia really likes her (when after getting her shots)

My children both went to doctor Ho; my son for the first 5 years of his life and my daughter first 2, until we lost our insurance and had to switch. I adore Dr. Ho. She is such a compassionate and caring woman. She always remembered small details about my son Arthur’s life, which was a special touch. It is rare to find good doctors these days. Stick with Dr. Ho if you can get her as your child’s ped, we miss her dearly!

Awful service. The issue isn't the doctors so much as the massive bureaucracy involved in trying to get to them. They do not allow you to call or talk to the office direclty; you have to use a call service that has no idea who you are, nor do they care. It's like working with the DMV. If your child ever has an emergency issue, you will be severely disappointed that this is your doctor.

Dr. Heide Woo is truly THE BEST! I was so anxious and worried about how my child and I would take to a new doctor, at a new practice, and in a new state, across the country, so far away from home…and it was truly an experience that I could not have even imagined! The nurse who assisted, Wendy, is so amazing as well, I love the team! From checking in at the front desk, all of the way to leaving out was just so wonderful and made this transition more of a relief than I have words to express! Thank you SO MUCH UCLA, this visit is DEFINITELY worth the traffic there and back!

Edited to add: I confirmed with the UCLA Office of Patient Experience that the billing department makes decisions about how to bill for a visit. The doctor does NOT decide what happened during a visit and how the visit should be billed. Original review: DO NOT go to this practice if you want clear and honest communication with your doctor or if you want the doctor to make decisions about what services patients should be billed for,. We were told that a new patient visit for a flu shot would be covered by insurance at no charge to us. But we were then charged almost $500 for a 45-60 minute sick visit. The doctor requested a coding change from the billing department but the billing department refused. And now the doctor and her staff are refusing to communicate with us. It seems inconceivabl
