UCI trauma center

I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didn't find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told it's the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I don't know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.
