I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by a representative at the UCI Medical Single Billing Office. The interaction was unprofessional, rude, and condescending—something I have never experienced before. To be clear, my review is only about the UCI Health Billing processes and their customer service team. Outside of billing, the office staff and doctors have consistently provided excellent care to my family over many years, and I truly appreciate their dedication. Unfortunately, the billing division has been the opposite experience—lacking compassion and efficiency. My insurance paid for services rendered on 12/4/2024 and 1/15/2025, with payments processed in March 2025. However, the amount I owed did not appear until just a couple of months ago, which caused unnecessary

The office is easy to get to and parking is never a problem.
