The staff are attentive, sharp, intelligent & well prepared for just about any situation. I've had great experiences in UC Irvine Med Center. I had a visit in 2015 . When I arrived, the wait time was not that bad. The paperwork process was really quick & was admitted to the room. The staff quickly determined the issue & prescribed the meds I needed, explained how it got there & spent time to answer my questions. When I was ready to leave, they gave me an information form that reviewed what they explained to me, the treatment to reduce/eliminate it and good info on how to prevent it.
My friend Tae got a kidney transplant there and he is doing excellent and the physician surgeons, etc. nurses and staff were excellent in their profession. God bless.
