Recently had a co-worker go here. Spent nearly three hours for what should have been a quick check up on an injury. Also, had to wait nearly an hour with a scheduled appointment before he was brought back into the office. The doctor who eventually saw the co-worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. The quality of the service from beginning to end was unacceptable. Would not recommend this office to anyone!

The absolute worst experiences dealing with anything medical in my life. I had a scheduled appointment at 12:30 and didn’t go to the back until 3:00. Had to wait another hour just for the doctor to come back and do the physical. Also, the staff was super unprofessional and showed no consideration for everyone who had to wait hours. All this for a dumb physical I highly recommend for you to go somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down if they can’t do their job properly.

This place is a JOKE!!! I had a 10 a.m. follow up appointment for a work related injury, and didn't leave until after 1 p.m! They have the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, barely received their medical assistant credentials staff I've ever seen!! They have the AUDACITY to attempt to charge patients a $15.00 late fee if they're late! They should be charged a fee for excessive WAIT TIMES, especially when there's a teaspoon of patients in the waiting area!! I can't wait to RIP them up on the patient survey!

Why should I make an appointment with Installs when they are just going to take walk-ins before me. I had an 11am appointment and came in 10 mins early. It's already 1130am and they still have not attended me. So tell me Ingalls, what's the point of making appointments if you're not going to make due on them.

If possible don't never come here please make appointment somewhere else. I had a 1pm appointment and still here don't nothing work everything getting work on included the printer. Then have the nerve to say if you want a clear to back to work or a job you would wait. Let it be that you ten minute late for appointment they will turn you around.
