UCHealth Urgent Care - Harmony Campus

I had an excellent experience at Harmony Urgent Care. The person who greeted me at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Mercer was wonderful. I wish I could have her as my primary care physician because I felt so comfortable with her. I found her to be easy to talk to and compassionate, and understanding!

Dr. Mercer was so kind to me and made me feel taken care of! Everyone I interacted with was very warm and welcoming. I am very grateful for the amazing team that works at this urgent care!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Erin Stalker, NP, who saw me on February 14th. I am 5 days post-op and was in 10/10 pain with a severe throat complication. After feeling dismissed elsewhere, she truly listened, performed a thorough exam, and advocated for my safety by sending me for further stabilization. Her compassion and medical intuition truly saved my recovery. Thank you for making me feel seen and heard. I also want to give a special thanks to Blanca, who performed my EKG, and the nurse who gave me my injection—both were incredibly kind and professional.

Just moved to CO and needed urgent care. Dr.Merrit, Heather, Kellan, and McKayla were all part of my care team. Oi was seen promptly as a walk-in. They were kind, courteous, professional and helped address my medical concern. I would definitely return to this location if ever needed.

Over an hour wait on a slow day to be seen, even after having a reservation and driving almost 52 min early and having 6 walk ins being seen before me. This has not been my best trip here by far, and I am so disappointed in them, that even after being called back it been over 25 min before seeing a provider, as I listen to them grabbing and laughing outside the door it sound like there is at least 8 people. 1of them has to be some sort of provider. After all of this and a total wait time of, two hours to see a doctor I'm not sure I'd ever use this facility again. I even have a decent insurance and still had to wait that long. On a good note the doctor, an older female was super nice and thorough.
