UCHealth Urgent Care - Green Valley Ranch

Close proximity to my residence. Easy parking. I didn't want to drive to Rocky Mountain Veterans Hospital and wait 9/10 hours to be seen. Used my blue-cross blue-shield instead. Very nice at counter. I downloaded app. Waited maybe 10 mins before called back. Staff friendly and helpful. They took the time and care with my issue. All these bad reviews have me scratching my head. I was treated good and hopefully don't need to go to referral. Please go there if need help.

The staff is super nice. I am definitely using this place for my urgent care visit from now on. They take very good care of you.

I was informed that my daughter would be seen next; however, four individuals were called ahead of her. We waited approximately 40 minutes, despite her exhibiting signs of a serious medical issue. When she was finally evaluated, she was immediately directed to the ER, where the emergency physicians expressed concern and disbelief that she had been kept waiting for so long given the severity of her condition. They confirmed that it was a critical situation, and we were fortunate to have arrived in time. This experience was extremely distressing, particularly due to the apparent lack of urgency or concern from the front desk staff. As a parent, I do not feel that my child’s safety was prioritized, and as a result, I do not feel comfortable returning to this facility.

Great location! Outstanding customer service didn't wait long to be seen. Prescription was sent immediately to the pharmacy. Keep up the great job. Thank you

The lady that checked me in was quick and courteous. My wait time was very short, and the Dr was in almost immediately. Great experience. Thank you to the friendly staff.
