UCHealth Radiology - Woodmen

The radiologist was amazing but the front desk was awful. He told me they didnt have orders from my doctor and I would have to get them but the system showed I had orders. He also didnt understand what a dynamic xray was and told that wasn't something they could do. Except they could do it and did them. I just dont understand why he couldn't just look at the orders in the system and check me in. Why the questioning, why bring me behind the desk to look at the order in the system. My doctors office had to call him and tell him the orders in the system were correct and to do the xrays. Please do better.

My husband had an appointment there with Dr. O and he was phenomenal. He asked questions and checked out my husband's hand and wrist he even found out the problem he took his time never rushing made my hubby comfortable even sent a referral over to the hand Surgeon which was nice not having to look for one. It's nice when a Dr takes their time and evaluates the problem and tries to take care of it over all very satisfied and will be going back in 6 weeks thanks Dr. O your awesome!!!

Great check in person! And the techs, Jen and Amy, were wonderful too! All of them were very skilled, knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend UC Radiology and Matthews-Vu Urgent Care!!

I do not recommend this place at all the ultrasound tech is AWFUL I came in two times already and she cancels every time I have no got an ultrasound done because she cancels every time. I don’t recommend at all. She cancels because the first time I walked to the wrong side and I was 4 min late and because it took me 2 min today to go in she canceld again. I could not check in being that there was someone at the desk so I had no choice but to wait patiently to check in!

This is a wonderful location. I've had to come here a few different times and every single time I am greeted by the nicest lady at the front desk and the rest of the staff is so kind and caring. Will always choose this location for xrays etc.
