UCHealth Pharmacy - Harmony Campus

The only pharmacy in town (that I know of) that’s open 24/7. Very convenient, fast fills, great staff. Exceptional customer service! Thank you, UC Health!

Received confirmation 48 hours prior that my medication was ordered and would be available on Monday. After waiting 48 hours for my medication, it seems that that medication was not ordered so I'll now be without my medication for another 48 hours while I wait on this medication to be transferred. If you're waiting on lifesaving medication I would recommend trying to have it filled 96 hours earlier than expected to avoid these kind of delays

It’s incredibly easy and convenient to get my prescriptions filled. They let me know when refills are due, when they’re ready for pickup and even when I need a new prescription from my providers. I can even pay online.

I'm not one to complain or leave reviews, but this whole experience was just bad The line was literally out the door, and the whole set up was just weird. Unlike any pharmacy I've ever been to, and not in a good way. The woman retrieving peoples prescriptions was very rude. Hopefully I never have to go there again.

This pharmacy does not answer provider calls or check voicemails promptly, leaving prescriptions delayed. Patients often have to follow up themselves to ensure medications are filled. When I went in, they had no record of my Rx - I was told to leave the line and wait for the system to update rather than being assisted or given any indication of timeline. Poor communication, lack of basic customer service or kindness is consistent. I do not recommend this pharmacy and will be looking for a better local option.
