UCHealth Neurology Clinic - Fort Collins

Dawn Eeten is a rare find in these modern times. She is all about her patients and the well-being of our community. I am truly thankful for her being in my life! Thank you UCH -Neurology for all you do!!!!

I saw Dr.Muller yesterday, and this review is as a nurse and a patient. He was EXCEPTIONAL professionally, I have the upmost respect for him! I was a new patient for him, and before he met me he reviewed my chart THOROUGHLY, and was up to date on my conditions. That is rare now days, believe me! This doctor was so up to date w my records that he noticed a discrepancy in charting regarding my condition! As a patient, he listened to me, and even took notes. He TRULY cares and I am so happy to see him through UC Health!

This place is a mess. Super unorganized and lack empathy. Providers are great but the front of house is not. I have been coming here for 9 months now and my insurance covers my care and labels it as urgent due to the severity of my chronic migraine condition. My original provider was out due to a family emergency and in order for me to stick with my plan I had to see a different provider and pushed out two weeks. Which I completely understand family emergencies but again, debilitating migraines. I received a call from the clinic the morning of my appointment saying my insurance denied the care and that I needed to call my insurance as they have no notes on why it was denied. I called my insurance and they were just as confused as I was since my pre-authorization is not expired. Not to ment

This place is absolutely amazing and I finally feel like i'm getting the help I need since I have been going to colorado for my health. Dr Smith listened to every concern and I finally feel like I can get through this.

Dr.Golen was very thorough and answered any questions I had. The medical student that assisted Dr.Golen was very thorough and answered any questions I had. The check in staff was very helpful with my questions and getting me into the portal. All staff at the UCHealth Neurology Clinic In Fort Collins was very friendly and professional. I give them a 5 star.
