I wish I could leave two separate reviews - one for my amazing provider and one for every other incompetent, rude person and broken procedure at that office. My provider is Kelli Vitale, who I can’t speak more highly of. She listens to your needs as a patient and is more concerned for every aspect of your health than any doctor I have ever had. She is kind and ensures a level of medical care that is beyond impressive. If she wasn’t there I never would’ve returned after my initial appointment. Unfortunately, the one star review is for the rest of this office. Every person on the front desk staff is rude and terse anytime I call. switched to Peak Med based on my wife’s recommendation as my current practice was changing personal. The first visit was very extensive with the doctor asking lots of questions. Apparently he does not take notes very well and doors respond to emails. He provided his email during the initial visit, but has not done well with any follow up. Be aware, do not sign up with them as they do not take adequate notes or accurately read or convey previous prescriptions from your most recently used provider. switching providers after 40 days of missed communication and reluctance to follow up with insurance companies or pharmacies.

**Please read entire review for context.** Just to make my score clear: I am giving the actual Doctor's Office, its staff, doctors, front desk people, lab workers, medical assistants, etc, a full 5 stars. I am giving the new parent organization that they've merged with Zero. Let me explain why. I've been seeing a physician here for years, and i've been singing her praises for about as long. She's a literal superhero: super knowledgeable, incredibly compassionate, prompt, patient, and kind. She knows more and is quicker on the draw than some MD's i've seen in my lifetime. Beyond that, she's just a crazy good person as well. We've laughed and bantered during appointments every time i'm there. It keeps things super casual and friendly. The providers here are truly amazing. Ashley has been a blessing truly! Hate the merger with UC health becuase customer service has gone down the drain. It’s impossible to actually speak with anyone at this actual location. They ladies at the front desk are friendly and it’s sad we have to go through another line to set up appointments. They are rude and don’t seem to know anything about the other locations. Only down side is it would be nice if they could post their lunch hours online or their phone line that way when you’re rushing over here on your lunch break it’s not a total waste of your time. :)
