UCHealth Children's Therapy Services - Fort Collins

Colleen and Chelsea helped two of my children tremendously with their speech. The front office staff were also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing speech therapy or OT the staff truly care about their patients and do an excellent job. Thank you UC Health children’s therapy services for all you have done for my family.

We loved our OT Jill and ST Brianne are five stars on rapport and technique in my book. I debated calling the UC Health complaint line for two other reasons, but it’s two instances that were significant enough to warrant it being more public caution. One instance was overhearing them talk about parents and parenting style, child behavior loudly with each other during check-in. I happened to be in a an alcove to get some much needed peace and felt it was grossly unprofessional, especially when professional staff engaged as also being a professional staff person. Because another child was receiving care, I didn’t want to enter into a conflict during that treatment. The second time happened around then when a previous provider saw my child on an electronic in the waiting room and publicly sc

My doctor here is amazing, kind and empathetic. The front desk/scheduling staff are HORRIBLE.

If no stars were an option I'd go with that. Take you child literally anywhere other than here. The office people have no idea what they are talking about or doing. Everyone you talk to says something different. Their billing is not upfront at all! I got so little from their therapists I just knew there had to be a better option and turns out there are plenty. This office is the epitome of what is wrong with our health care system. Do your child a favor and find a different option.

The front desk staff is really nice but the therapist weren’t my favorite my son felt uncomfortable around them and I felt judged and he didn’t really receive the help I thought he would.I would recommend Aspen Speech Therapy to anyone looking they are very friendly and my sons talking has improved already. This is just my experience everyone will have their own but I just wanted to share mine.
