UCare Urgent Care in El Paso, TX

I’ve had a wonderful experience at UCARE. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. NP Sandy is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. MA Patricio is also amazing friendly, efficient, and always makes visits feel comfortable and stress free. Their teamwork and genuine care for patients really stand out. I highly recommend

Fast, friendly and attentive service. Using the online service for booking a same day appointment is super easy. Never have to dread the waiting room for hours like other facilities. They do their very best to make sure you get better fast. I highly recommend!

Excellent service. NP Sandra is phenomenal! She has cared for my family and I several times over the years! I was relieved to see her on duty when I came in because I knew she would assess me properly! Her beside manner is always top notch and she always makes sure she gets to the root cause! The MA was great! I rarely go to the doctor, but I am thankful to have this urgent care and I can trust that I will get quality treatment!!

The check in was all done online, a little repetitive with the paperwork. We didn't wait long at all to see the provider. Testing was quick. 30 minutes in and out. The only thing that makes me give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I called back the next day to clarify what was said regarding taking my child to the ER as I wanted to ensure we did the right thing and there was a slight attitude during the conversation. "As I told you yesterday....." I am aware that you told me things yesterday, I was asking for clarification. If I bring my child in to urgent care, there's definitely a possibility that I'm more focused on how my child is feeling and might not remember EVERYTHING that we discussed. I wasn't sure if we needed to go to the ER if the fever returned or only if they fever returned

Victoria at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She attended me around Christmas time both here and at the Eastlake location during one of my roughest days. She greeted me with a warm smile and helped me with my paperwork. Thank you to people like her that truly matter and care in what they do.
