Horrible place. I scheduled an appointment more than 6 months ago to see a GI specialist and I arrive to my appointment and it’s been rescheduled to 4 months later. So now it will be about a full YEAR since I can see a specialist. Not to mention, I was never notified of the scheduling change. The receptionist said they called me but I have no record of the call or even a voicemail. She was rude too, didn’t even care. Poor business practices! I will never come here again.

Dr Gertrude Monteymayor. Talk about insensitive, dismissive, and unhelpful. She did not review my chart, which clearly documents a history of panic disorder and anxiety, nor did she take the time to review what her student had already discussed with me prior to entering the room. I was spoken to in a way that felt accusatory and stigmatizing, as if I were seeking drugs, rather than a patient asking for help during a medically complex and vulnerable time. I recently had a hysterectomy, and my hormones and nervous system are clearly dysregulated, resulting in frequent and severe panic attacks. Instead of approaching this with care or curiosity, she was dismissive and unprofessional, and her tone felt unnecessarily confrontational. For 2 days straight, I've called and waited for 15 minutes the first day. And again for 10 minutes the next day WITHOUT any representative to answer my calls. I work night shift and this doesn't work well for me. If this continues I will look for more respectable means for medical help

Had to find a new dr-they moved on to greener pastures. This office was fantastic! The wait was short, the documentation well designed. You could fill out much of it at home and upload a photo of your insurance card. Dr was thorough and staff helpful in answering my newbie questions on future scheduling and expectations. Blood draws are done on site without apts once the order is in. Super happy to be a patient here!

Awful awful awful It’s always a run around here , tired of making appointments weeks out to get the same response and told weeks for tests to get the same result so I can wait another year before im referred to get surgery. I went to the ER in Sacramento after leaving an appointment here and received better service and got in and out with tests done in under 2 hours. UC Davis is folsom is a joke. And I’m tired of lack of care. Being told to wait till next month for an ultra sound while having serious symptoms at the appointment made for an ultrasound is unreasonable. I said I needed an ultrasound when I made the appointment to be seen and was told what I already knew and that “I would need an ultrasound” . I’m done with my care here. And I suggest you don’t go here for care
