I saw "PA Tess Luzi" for a injury from a fall. I had a x-ray on my hip area. After the x-ray PA Tess came into the exam room. She walked in with a deadpan expression...didn't introduce herself, I had to ask her name. She proceeded to ask me why I was there. I explained why and told her where my pain was. She just blank stared at me and finally said "I looked at your x-ray, nothing broken". I said to her then why the pain and what do we do for it. She said she didn't know and had me get onto the table...didn't offer me any assistance getting on the table...it was difficult. She moved my leg around asking if it hurt...then she was done. I asked if I should ice the injury, her reply "if you want"...she said to take ibuprofen..I told her I didn't want to live on ibuprofen because it wasn't goo

Mixed feelings: brand new and beautiful building but confused roadmap, so many reception but still waiting lines, information inputs two times (paper and computer) but still “wrong” information. very nice front desk lady Andrea and a lady from Great Lake front desk to help me find the right place! Overall impressive building, traffic and business.

So I fell on the ice, wearing the wrong shoes. Pulled my knee and ankle back like Gumby. Was really hurt tried to figure out next steps. Remembered all the good experiences I had with my kids and UBMD with their orthopedic sprains and such. Got over there quick. Just a heads up Google maps shows the office is in the back of the building, it is not. It’s just to the left of the main entrance Suite 100. I was quickly seen. Everyone was very nice especially Katie and Barb. They were absolutely amazing to talk with while I waited to be seen. They both deserve a raise! UBMB is the reason my daughter walks and runs without any issues. Trust them.

Very disorganized. I do not trust this office with my personal health information. I had an appointment scheduled for the end of December with Dr. Brian McGraff. I got a call in November saying my appointment was suddenly canceled and I could either come in today or reschedule for January. I ended up coming in that day and they wanted to do an X-ray on my hip but not my knee before even seeing the doctor. Which was odd because I made the appointment saying I was mainly having issues with my knee with some pain in my hip too. It obviously wasn't broken so I don't know why they wanted an X-ray instead of something like an MRI. The appointment with Dr. McGraff felt rushed but I got an order for physical therapy. But when I looked at the therapy requisition form more closely when I got home

On my first visit, I was seeing my primary doctor and had blood work done. Two staff members attempted to draw my blood. One of them clearly did not know what she was doing – I was punctured twice for no reason, she kept “digging” and hitting my arm even after I told her it was hurting and suggested using the other arm. She insisted on continuing instead of listening. I reported this to my doctor, who witnessed some of what was happening. My second experience was today for a colorectal/GI appointment in a different part of the building. The instructions I was emailed did not match where I actually needed to go, so I ended up about seven minutes late after being bounced back and forth between two front desks. I was asked multiple times if I was there for GI or a physician, sent to the wron
