I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent physical therapy session at your facility. I underwent shoulder surgery on July 22nd and have been receiving physical therapy at your location since then. My sessions are typically conducted by Christian. However, during my session today, Timothy was assigned to assist with my stretching exercises. While Timothy was stretching my arm, he disregarded my verbal and nonverbal expressions of pain. Despite my saying "oh" and visibly reacting to the discomfort, he continued to forcibly extend my arm beyond my pain threshold. At one point, my shoulder made a clicking noise, and Timothy inquired if this was normal and painful, yet he still attempted to continue forcing my arm overhead. Pt charged me for 2 serviced in 1 day. I was there for 45 minutes and she kept giving me excercizes to do then disappeared. She came back at one point to tell me I was doing one of them wrong after I finished. Isnt her job to ensure I am correctly performing the motions? Would not recommend as it could be unsafe due to lack of support.
