BEWARE THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND DR AZFARD IS A PERVERT AND RASIST AGAINST WOMAN PLEASE WOMAN BE WARE!!! MY EXPERIENCE I went to Dr AZFARD with ub med I have been personally severely effected by what I have gone through with Dr AZFARD so bad that I have been put on to controlled anxiety medication..so I was with an amazing Dr but he only treated pregnant woman so after I had my child I had to find a new Dr now I am a bit of a different case I was not a drug addict I was opiet dependent from multiple back surgery and was put on Subutex and truly enjoyed the quality of life yes I deal with a little bit of pain but I get by so I went to Dr AZFARD now I have been on 3 subutext a day for almost 3 years my first apt he yelled at me that I was useless and I shouldn't be a stay at home mo

Out of any place you could go in the area for opiate addiction, this place is the best. They're all friendly and ready to help you. There isn't a better place in Western New York

TERRRRIBLE making a single appointment takes months and months feedback is terrible. Please do not go to this hospital!!!!
