Dr. Suarez is terrible. Doesn't listen, doesn't take a thorough family and medical history, orders expensive scans but refuses to order cheap blood tests that are warranted by the history and symptoms she didn't pay attention to, doesn't know what she is talking about when it comes to interpreting test results, forgets to send in prescriptions, bills insurance for 40-minute new patient visit but spends less than 10 minutes in the room. She also thinks it's optional what goes into the patient's chart and refuses to document her denial of tests requested by the patient. She is a walking medical malpractice suit waiting to happen. I've seen vets take better care of stray dogs than Dr. Suarez does of her human patients.
Dr Viviana Suarez I feel comfortable with. My 1st visit she took the time to resolve so many issues and took wonderful care. I moved to Arkansas and been to 3 Dr's before UMAS and none of those Dr's solved not a thing. The staff has been wonderful too, very compassionate!!
ALWAYS rescheduling! Very hard to understand her anyways, but she rushes through the appointment, so it can be hard to follow what she is saying. My wife and I have been a patient of hers for a year, tried to schedule checkups, and almodt never get to see her. I've seen her once, and my wife had to see another doctor because Dr. Suarez always canceled.
I have had FIVE APPOINTMENTS rescheduled because they were unable meet their commitment! RUN, do not walk away from this doctor!!
