This is second person for a friend who has become even weaker due to the neglect and disregard of a critically ill patient. Traveling from Tenn to Alabama with barely enough o2 for the trip . Paid for a hotel room to be seen there. Your team had full knowledge of his situation. Now for the second time his family prepped and paid for the hotel N on refundable! At the very last minute. It has been imperative that he be seen and now you want him to wait another 6 weeks. Six week more could cost him his life! My question is why???!!!! And a huge shame on you. Please rectify this matter and pay for his hotel room. He needs care he needs the expertise your drs provide with out stalling and road blocks . Please please correct this . How can anyone give a good review if they are treated this way
