I see the comments here and lol. I had the same experiences! Tangles of referral issues and terrible healthcare; it wasn't even healthcare! Weird wastes of time. What's happening at this building is occuring throughout University of Utah Healthcare. It used to be good. Now it is junk. Won't take my children here in the future, that's for sure. The whole system about profit at the expense of people. Definitely recommend finding providers, and a system, capable of acting on compassion, curiosity, and concern. Who care about practicing good medicine! These bureaucratic crats are a drain on society.

I went to my PCP and got a referral for this location. All I wanted was to be tested to see if I had ADHD, so I can get properly diagnosed with whatever is wrong with me. My referral was cancelled and they didn’t call me. When I called them to find out why they hadn’t scheduled me yet, that was when I found out. They told me my referral was cancelled because “I have no history of complaints.” I am a 35 year old woman. I have only lived in Utah for 5 years. Research shows it is VERY common for women to be under diagnosed with ADHD. I have suspected I had ADHD when I was a teen, but I never bothered to find out until now. After getting a referral, paying for an MRI that they said I needed to get an appointment, filling out mountains of paperwork online, waiting a month for am opening, taking the day off work and finding a babysitter, driving an hour and showing up 20 minutes early, they then informed us that Dr. Junyoung Chavez would not see us. I am completely beside myself how a medical facility can do that. My wife needs a back surgery and we now have to start the process over. I can't out into words how devastating that is.
