Tyson is an amazing PA and someone who should be a role model in the healthcare profession. I've had several sessions with him, ranging from 50 minutes to an hour and 20 minutes, and he's always been incredibly thorough and patient. He asks a lot of questions, encourages you to ask questions too, and really takes the time to explain everything. Before my ACL and LCL reconstruction surgery, I knew nothing about how the knee worked. Tyson explained the science behind my injury in a way that was easy to understand. Tyson is great. The exam room, however, was disturbingly filthy. I picked up staples from a previous patient. The garbage was overflowing with several gauze pads stained with blood and other wound fluids at the top. The staff is fantastic but cleanliness was unacceptable.
