I have tried a lot of dentists in the DC area, and most of them have tried to sell me on cosmetic procedures or they incorrectly overcharge me so I'd have to waste time calling to sort it out. This experience was the opposite. You can just tell that Dr. Jacques cares about putting patients at ease and is purposefully trying to make the experience as painless as possible. I love that the practice is an established business that's part of the community in a residential neighborhood. It reminds me of the dentists I visited as a kid. I'm happy to have found a dentist I feel comfortable returning to!

DO NOT patronize this establishment. The receptionist Lazandria or a name very similar is very rude. She is always the lady that answers the phone with the DC accent. She has been rude since my first appointment. Additionally, when contacting them about a follow-up, the receptionist hung up in my face claiming the dental office on the other line was calling about me, when I told her there is no way this could be true, she hung up any way. She knew she was wrong because she called back and said, "I'm sorry they weren't calling about you, it was another patient and I apologize for being so rude". The fact you have to call back and acknowledge you cant keep you attitude in check lets me know this dentist does not care about who he hires and how they treat his customers. She was also very n

I've been coming here since 2019 and it's my dentist of choice. I find them to be very helpful and an honest practice. I will continue to come here!
