My visit with Dr Carter was exactly as I hoped it would be. Our discussion was friendly and informative. All issues were addressed and we concluded the visit with a clear understanding and plan going forward. Awesome doctor!

Dr. Carter is by far responsive to his patients fears and questions. He took the time to explain what was happening in my body, and all the options open to me. Unlike some surgeons, he did not insist that surgery was my ONLY option. I am headed in that direction, but till that time, I am great to know of other options I can try.

Waste of time and money. Waited two weeks because of their systems automated errors. Was treated rudely by staff when calling about rescheduling, accused of missing an appointment they cancelled! All of this waiting in pain just to be seen for five minutes and recommended a physical therapist when the last doctor already did the same only they didn't charge me an additional 250$! All to be read less detailed results then were provided by email? Come on man be better than this.

One of the most personal professional Drs visits in my entire life of 73 years! The entire staff was courteous and professional a breath of fresh air!

Dr. Ty Carter entered the room already speaking, made minimal eye contact, and moved through the appointment very quickly. I was not given adequate opportunity to explain my symptoms or concerns. The overall interaction felt dismissive and did not meet the level of care I expected.
