Two C Eye Care

I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor’s office for my kids. The entire environment is extremely friendly, organized, and professional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and made to feel comfortable. The staff was patient, informative, and great with children, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Everything was clean, efficient, and well-run. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they give to their young patients. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for quality eye care for their kids!

Dr. Cao is professional, personable, and easy going. The office staff ladies were assets with halos. I am not a huge fan of shopping, and they helped me narrow options down to 3 pairs. I was referred to Two C Eye Care from another office that didn’t accept my insurance. I scheduled an appointment for December 31, confirming beforehand that they accepted United Healthcare and that my insurance would cover my eye condition. Upon arrival, I was asked the same insurance questions I had already confirmed over the phone. Things went downhill from there. The staff asked me to remove my lenses and insisted I use the saline solution they had on hand instead of the proper solution I requested. Despite explaining that this is not safe to put in my eyes, they continued to insist it was okay, saying “this is what the doctor told me to do.” When I spoke directly with the doctor, he also insisted it was safe and that it’s what he uses for all patients, even though soft and rigid lense
