Excellent experience with Dr Gray and her team. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful and pleasant. I was able to be seen quickly as a new patient with a problem. Dr Gray explained everything clearly- what was happening, what to expect after the procedure, what was normal and when to call if something was not right. I came in very anxious due to a prior bad experience. She and her staff were patient, reassuring and compassionate. When I had post-procedure issues I was able to be seen same day. Dr Gray took time to address my concerns thoroughly and made sure I felt informed and supported, even reassuring me that there were still options if things don’t go as planned. I highly recommend this outstanding dental Care team.

I had a bad toothache and my dentist was not available for six days. I called Twinsburg Dental Associates per their recommendation and was able to get an early morning appointment that day. Receptionists, Christina-dental assistant and Britni Gray-DMD were all friendly, professional and knowlegeable. Christina and Dr. Gray spent a lot of time with me and explained everything. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

The staff was great. Everyone was upbeat and friendly, even though they were very busy. Kaylee greeted me promptly when I arrived. Brittany was very professional and kept me informed of what she was doing during the entire time. Christina did an amazing job cleaning my partial it was shiny! Thank you to all for a pleasant visit.

Very nice and respectful staff from the front desk receptionists to all the dental assistants. Providing as much assistance as they can for your questions and needs. The hygienst that cleaned my teeth was great and did a thorough job. Dr. Britni Gray is amazing she explained everything that was going to need done, accompanied by her kind, sweet, soul.❤️

Great office! Very professional and friendly. Talked me through each step and explained the treatment plan. I've historically been horrified of the dentist, but they've made it an easier and more comfortable process.
