Good dentist but they are so annoying when it comes to your appointment. They call you months before your appointment to reschedule to get an earlier date, and the week of your appointment they call you 4-5 times to confirm. This sounds fine but they just don’t call to check in they constantly call. I’ve received 4 calls to rebook my cleaning which I just got a week ago for next week. This appointment is not for months. Paula is her name will call you so much it makes it to the point you don’t ever want to go back. If I made an appointment for a time and date that’s the time and date I expect to be seen. If I required an earlier date I would ask for one.

I just came to help for a day and I found the office to be very well organized and clean. The staff worked together as a team and each patient was given one on one attention. Kay was the hygienist in the next room and she was so helpful and kind. This is a hidden gem of an office in Frisco that is providing quality care and I would help them anytime.

I've been coming to Twins Family for years and can't recommend this dental office enough. The dentist is always honest, kind, and treats patients with genuine respect which is something that’s hard to find. The front desk staff is friendly, organized, and welcoming, and the hygienists are excellent—gentle, thorough, and professional. I always feel well cared for from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. Highly recommend!

Came here for a cleaning and also had a follow-up for 3 cavities! I used to have a terrible fear of dentists (so much so I avoided them for years and years) but Dr. Herrera and Ariana were so gentle and extremely communicative with me. The anxiety I had towards dentist visits completely melted away after my latest visit and I am happy to say I've found a dentist office that I feel safe and warm with!! The facility itself is beautiful and warm and the entire staff is friendly. Thank you for assisting me in taking care of myself!! :) I highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone!
