Twin Willows Medical and Dental Center

I came to Twin Willows by recommendation from my coworker. After relocating from out of state I had to find a dentist and I’m really grateful that my experience here stopped the search before it started! From a smooth check in to check out all staff were like family, professional, very personable and respectful. The office is very clean & comfortable. I personally love the design. Julie was my hygienist. She really took her time with my x-rays & cleaning & truthfully my floss experience was both effectively and gently executed for the first time in all my dental experiences(& I have tight teeth)! Me and my kids have been getting our cleanings here for 2 years now. It is always a pleasurable experience. The waiting room is welcoming and cozy for kids and adults alike. Crystal at the front is a joy. She is so friendly and helpful. The team in the back do great to assure my kids and make them feel comfortable. They really make going to the dentist and fun and easy.

i have huge anxiety over dentists, but they made me feel comfortable. the waiting room is extremely homely. they have a little play area for the kids, they were able to figure out my problems and then immediately make a plan to fix it and made an appointment quickly for my problems. they take medicaid too, for the people who have trouble affording dental care. 10/10 my new dentist

The staff was patient and friendly, and they made him feel comfortable right away. The office also has a great selection of toys, which really helped to keep him entertained and relaxed.
