Twin Valley Pharmacy

I usually have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. The regular staff are always so friendly, they know me by name, and they usually have everything ready when I get there.There were different staff working today, and they loudly yelled across the pharmacy that my insurance wasn’t working. They even announced what type of insurance I had and what prescriptions I was picking up, which was really embarrassing and felt like a huge invasion of privacy. On top of that, they were short with me and made me feel like I was bothering them just by being there. Normally I feel comfortable and taken care of here, but today was the exact opposite. There really should be more privacy and respect when it comes to people’s prescriptions and insurance information. After this, I’m not sure if

I love this pharmacy! They go above and beyond and are always helpful in answering my questions and getting my prescriptions filled quickly.

Excellent service every time I go to pick up our prescriptions. Would highly recommend!

It seems the pharmacist Mike Dewey likes to use profanity in a professional setting, and doesn't seem to understand the rules of insurance for his patients or the paperwork he fills out. Would be afraid to take any schoolchildren to see how he conducts business.
