By far one of the best decisions I have ever made, was joining Twin Health. It feels really good having them as accountability partners in this journey to treat my diabetes. They leave no stone unturned in all the strategies needed to keep me on track. I love tracking, recording, and modifying my journey through the app. I love you twin!!!!

Since the start of my twin journey I have lost almost 40lbs. I have a better understand on how my food affects my blood sugar and how important protein and fiber is on how my levels respond to what I'm eating. These are amazing people to work with to help heal my body in to diebetic remission. It's awesome to hear the goal is to reduce or get off the medication on the end of that journey. The program took my initial A1C from 7.9 to 5.7 in 90 days. I can't wait to see what we can do in the months to follow.

My journey started when I received a flyer by mail. As soon as I read that diabetes is reversible I made the decision to give it a try, I had nothing to loose. My A1C was around 10.5 probably all my life. Know it's at a 6 surely I'm still moving forward and trying my best to get it lower. All with the right foods and doing some exercise. I was to a point of getting an insulin pump, because I was doing really bad, insulin dosage was 4x a day, it was crazy. Now I can say, No more insulin for me, I'm so happy I'm off that. My goal has been met. I'd love to show the world that this can be done, it all starts with you willing to do it and with the grace of God. Once it's in your head, then your heart and your body you will succeed. I wish I could of learned this a long time ago.

Twin Health is powered by AI. The AI machine just kept hanging-up on me during my initial call. To get any of the benefits of this program, you have to go through a lot of hoops. This company was listed as a benefit for employees, but it was not helpful or easy to use due to their reliance on AI and they don’t inform you that you have to travel to one of their locations for labs to do bloodwork to use the benefit. Also, heads up, once you download the app, they have access to your phone data, location, phone operating system, etc.

The first month, they were helpful in communicative, but immediately after the month was over I was ghosted. They no longer respond to chats. I haven't heard from a coach. They stopped providing support. Also note that the dexcom sensors they use are not calibrated. That is to say that there is no degree of certainty that the number is correct although the fluctuation within a time period it could be legitimate.
