Alyssa is wonderful. I am an adult with braces and She is so caring, gentle and kind. I have never felt pain or discomfort. After 2 months, my teeth are already improving. All of the staff is equally as pleasant. I highly recommend this office

Dr Julie and Chrissie were absolutely incredible, my daughter was very nervous before coming into her appointment and they were both there for her explaining every step along the way and making sure she was comfortable! 10/10 recommend Twin Harbor Smiles!

Since new ownership the work has been atrocious. My son started under Vitigliano’s care and all was fine. Now, in the 1.5 months he’s had a full mouth of braces under the new doctors several brackets have broken, fallen off, rubber bands popping off, and wire is cutting up his mouth. The emergency line is a joke, I’ve called several times under emergent circumstances and they never call back. They’re attitude when I call during business hours is “well we’re not open at the that time so you either have to come now or another day” meanwhile my sons mouth is being torn apart by a wire. This is brutal and I wish we could take our business somewhere else but unfortunately we’re stuck. Don’t bring your children here.

I was so impressed with Dr. Julie Bai who will now be managing my treatment! So kind and understanding. I have total confidence. Excellent experience with my new orthodontist and the staff, (thank you Bethany)
