Did not have a good experience. I have a checkered chart, they chose to run with the past that had nothing to do with them or my condition as I was never a patient before here. I came in with an open mind and heart. Dr. Deal wanted to play around. Emily wanted to talk, well now I suppose we wont be doing business. Emily, Mr. Deal for me though its not that simple. We will handle your little record keeping and notes accordingly with an ethical tone! Take it easy, make it a great day and we will see you around. I cant help myself, if you actually took care of a real football team, I would be pissed about this not working out, but the Vikings haven't done anything since Christ was a baby! Thanks

Highly recommend TCO! I've been going there for years as my knees gradually deteriorated from arthritis and just had my first knee replacement. I love the Excel program which gives you one night post op in a care center (the Omni hotel for surgery in Eagan) and simplified billing. That one night made a huge impact given all the education from the nurses. Over the years, I always left TCO feeling like I just hung out with friends. Libby, Dr. Lewis's PA, is amazing. She helped me with a plan for various shots to deal with pain. They worked so well, I was able to put off surgery for 3-4 years. And Jay in PT is a game changer. Before and after surgery he customized a plan for me always minimizing pain with pacing and and new exercises that got results. I loved going to PT for the 6ish weeks

Well my appointment was at 1:10 and it’s 1:55 and still not seen. Made me do X-rays that I told them I didn’t want and basically said had to have or doctor won’t see me. Will give review on doctor if I ever see him. Not going well. Update over an hour I asked for my co pay back and left. It wasn’t so much the wait but no servicing like pop in and say you are next or it will be another 30 minutes so I have option to leave or decide what to do.

I went to Urgent Care after acute back pain that I had been suffering from for over a week became unbearable. After a quick X-ray of my back I was handed a prescription for prednisone and pretty much was told there was nothing else they could do for my pain. The staff was not in touch with my pain at all because after my X-Ray, that I grimaced through due to the pain, the tech flippantly asked if I had anything fun planned for the rest of the day. I left with tears in my eyes because the pain had gotten so bad. I ended up going to the ER later that evening where they immediately addressed my pain by giving me Gabapentin and oxycodone by mouth, which did give me some relief. In addition, they gave me a prescription for several days worth of each of these meds until the prednisone kicks

I’ve seen Dr. Harris and his team at this location for years. I started seeing them pre-surgery, through surgery itself, and for follow up care post surgery. I’ve always received excellent care and the process has always been very smooth. I still see Dr. Harris every few years or whenever I’m having related issues and he has continued to impress me. The facility itself is nice and well staffed with plenty of room in the waiting area. I’ve always been able to get an appointment quickly and at a location that works for me. I can’t speak for the other physicians but I’m very impressed with my experiences at TCO Burnsville.
