Wonderful folks, pharmacy and gift store.

Very disappointed. My family and I are apart of this community. We are both business professionals in the community. My children go to school nearby and we have had a very unpleasant and hurtful experience at the Pharmacy. As such, I will spend the next hour filing a formal complaint with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy, ACLU and HHS. The gift shop employees have always been friendly. This complaint and review is purely based on the actions of the Pharmacy.

Great experience! I was passing by and pulled in hoping for a quick flu shot. So glad I did! Patricia, the pharmacist, is awesome and the entire process was efficient and professional.

Called to ascertain when I could come in to get a. Covid booster. You would think, from the full-of-herself pharmicist, that I had asked for black market contraband. I was lectured on how “ we all need to be part of the community” and further, that resrving a time was elitist vs. just showing up when the supplies are there! Finally, when asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacy manager, and answering “ yes, let me speak to him”. that the manager was a woman, and since I used the pronoun HIM, would I still be willing to speak to the manager as the manager was a woman!” Condescending hardly covers this crew, particularly given that they portray themselves as the friendlier one shop, one store caring pharmacy!! A short addendum— both Publix and Kroger allowed appointments— got the booster
