Dr. Whelan may be competent, but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Communication is not good regarding implant procedures, and now, while waiting several months for my implant, the screw ("post") he implanted that is supposed to attach to the crown came out while eating, and despite emails and phone messages regarding what I am supposed to do, it is now the next day and no return call (though this could be seen as a dental emergency). His office apparently is quick to collect fees but slow to respond to patients' needs. I would not recommend this office for the foregoing reasons.

The quality of service I received here was exceptional. The staff and Dr. Whelan were very accommodating. Everyone was friendly and they understood my fear of Dentists and made sure that I was calm and comfortable during my treatment. I am still healing but I love my smile.

I looked into many dental offices trying to find a good dentist to replace my failed bridge with dental implants. Boy, was I lucky to find this dentistry and Dr. Kenneth Whelan. Not only the cost was affordable and Laura (office manager) worked with my Insurance to overcome the hurdles with payments (my final cost matched exactly the initially estimated treatment plan), all the procedures were painless (with sedation), but the greatest of all was professionalism, knowledge, experience and the quality of work. My case was not a simple one, but the result exceeded my expectations. Thank you Dr. Whelan. I definitely recommend Dr. Kenneth Whelan as one of the best orthodontic surgeons.

This office is a fraud. Dr Whelan had his license revoked. They take your money and they do not do the work. They are being investigated as we speak. We paid them 3,950 for implants and we got NOTHING. Please check the Dental Board. They are a fraud. The doctor had no injury. They are crooks. I have been trying to contact them for three months and they are closed.

During one of my first visits to Tustin Dentistry the implant procedure required that Dr. Wheelan administer a number of Novocaine shots. He must be a superhero in disguise because the pain from the shots was negligible, as was the procedure itself! I am so fortunate to have found such an awesome dentist.
