I am very disappointed with this place. I called this week as I had an older dog that had a tumor that ruptured during the night. I’ve been monitoring this through the whole winter, but on Monday night, it did finally burst, and I knew it was time to put her down… But I wasn’t in my hometown. I was visiting my son in Bottineau. And when I called and explained what was going on, the gal at the desk said she was sorry, but they couldn’t take any new clients at this time.… A client that would’ve been there for 15 minutes… So I told her I’d drive back to Minot and have it taken care of, which is what I had to do . I know they have their rules … but It’s such an emotional time and they didn’t make it any better! My dog had actually been at that clinic before, but because she hadn’t been there

The staff was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable leaving my cat in their care. Their professionalism and knowledge are a great asset to to community. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Can’t even make an appointment. Too busy to see your animal. Don’t even try to call. Very disappointed and discouraged.
