We have taken our senior dog to this location for a few years now and they always do a wonderful job whether he’s getting a bath or a full groom. They are very caring to our dog, and he always comes out looking super cute. Highly recommend to Dog owners who want to know their dog is in good hands!

Brought Sammy here a few months ago. While making a phone reservation, they asked me to come prepared with his birthdate + rabies vaccination date. Got a text confirmation. Upon arriving at the appointment, there was No friendly greeting or introduction with Sammy- I immediately began answering a customer questionnaire that included his age + rabies vaccination (although I did have the vet’s certificate, a verbal “yes” sufficed for them; they didn’t check, which makes me wonder about other dogs they take in). They started to bring him to the back where there were dogs barking in crates, and he was clearly nervous. If Sammy wasn’t going to be seen right away, then what was the timed appointment for? I would have much rather waited with him in the lobby until they were ready, but I could o

Otis loves his hair cut and so do I. They listen to what I say every time (aka not cutting Otis too short) and he always leaves happy and smelling good.

My Sadie is terrible to groom! She was not frightened or upset when I picked her up. She was quite calm, And she looks beautiful!

I would HIGHLY recommend Turquoise Tails for all your grooming needs! I have been taking my Golden Retriever Leo here for 4 years and can’t say enough about CC and her staff.
