Turnipseed Yoga and Bodywork

I have been seeing Niki for a few months now to help treat an injury. I was looking for a massage therapist with an understanding of medical massage for both focal treatments as well as looking at the whole body and alignment. Niki has been thorough in addressing my pain areas and I’m now having more consistent relief in conjunction with my physical therapy and strength program. As a physical therapist myself, I can attest to her understanding of the human body and I appreciate the other aspects of her training including visceral work and yoga. She has also reminded me that therapeutic deep tissue work doesn’t have to be painful and she is extremely skilled at down regulating muscles and the nervous system.
