Always have had kind service. Especially last year. I know a lot changes as new people come in and im comfortable learning newer people, they have been great. Been going consistently for almost 6 years and prior to that even. They have made strides for the patients and call promptly with any issues. There was one time my husband hadn't been seen for a while and no message was sent saying he had to be in order to get his medicine-he is on insulin so that was frustrating- but I believe that is more in part of the provider side. Thanks for all you guys do.

We've had a few terrible experiences here. We've had multiple appointments canceled without notification. We were given no sincere apology or rectification for their errors. They blame the "booking system." One front desk employee seems to harbor general disdain for patients, and probably shouldn't be in a customer service position. There are other options for care in the area. I suggest avoiding this clinic.

Went in with severe upper left side back pain that wasn't going away and I had not being doing any strenuous activity of any kind. I have never in my entire life had back pain. Dr. Murdock told me to put ice on it. I was dissatisfied with this answer, so I went to another clinic in town. They did blood work and an EKG and found I have a heart problem! She could of at least done some type of testing on me instead of telling me to go home and put ice on it! Thanks a lot!

I see Dr. Murdock here and she is one of the kindest most compassionate doctors I have ever been cared for by. The front staff are also kind and have been very understanding. I recommend them to anyone in the area.

Let me start by saying that my husband just died a month ago. I had an appt with Dr Murdock to see her for the first time. I went in and she walked in with a medical student and proceeded to tell me that the student would be talking with me first instead of asking me if I was comfortable with it. I explained to the student that my husband had just died and that I had gotten so upset in the recent days that I had to go to the ER because I was literally shaking and couldnt calm down because i was so stricken with grief. She left and got dr. Murdock. I asked her for a week to ten day supply AT MOST of ativan to help me get through the initial stages of losing my husband, strictly to take only when i become so distraught that I can't calm down.
