While visiting family in Florida, my temporary veneer on my front tooth unexpectedly came off — definitely not something you want to deal with when you’re away from home! I called Tumminia Dental hoping they might be able to help, and from that very first phone call, they were compassionate, responsive, and incredibly professional. I called to resolve an issue with my dental insurance and spoke with Tally. She told me the number on my card was for medical insurance. When I asked for clarification, she disconnected the call. I then called the same number back and confirmed that it was, in fact, the dental line. When I called again to relay this information, I was met with an unprofessional and rude attitude, as though I had done her job for her. I calmly informed her that her tone was inappropriate. She repeatedly interrupted me and attempted to dominate the conversation. When I continued speaking to explain the issue, she disconnected the call for a second time. I have been coming to this office for over 10 years. Dr. Tumminia is one of the best dentists I've ever known. She is very professional, caring, truthful. Her staff is the best. She has Nancy and Amanda great dental hygienist. Tali, the front desk person is the best. She's always sweet, helpful, positive, knowledgeable about insurance. It is very hard to find a group of people who work together so well as in this office. They are always on time.

From the moment you walk in the door, throughout your treatment and even saying goodbye, you will not meet a better doctor and her entire staff. They are very detailed and better yet the friendliest dental office I have ever been to.
