Tully Medical Clinic Pharmacy ( Independent Pharmacy )

Seven stars out of five for the staff (11/13/22). There was a long line, due to everyone wanting covid boosters. The staff was very friendly, patient, and moved things along as fast as she could. Many of the people were older and only spoke vietnamese, the staff took extra time (the all spoke vietnamese). I'm sure it was not easy on them. When we got the shot, the nurse was gentle and kind.

Got my COVID-19 bivalent vaccine here, and they helped me even though I was 20 minutes late and the only white person there. The staff all seemed really young and energetic.

Very bad services . I have been using this pharmacy for long time and recently the services from the staffs are very bad . They are making fun of client name behind the counter in Vietnamese language . Taking order not accordingly and properly. It’s all a messed so I am never come back to this pharmacy ever again .

Came into the clinic alongside my grandma with two groups of people ahead of us, an elderly man and a couple. At least six other individuals came into the clinic after us, were helped, and have left; meanwhile, my grandma and i, along with the two ahead of us, are still waiting. Our wait was 30 minutes.

Bad customer service When I came to pick up medicine for my Mon, they told me the driver delivered already but I did not receive any medicine.
